I havnt had a mac in a while but if you have mouse acceleration on that could maybe be affected by polling rate. The software allows for RGB controls and adjustment of DPI and how many different DPI settings you can click through. 1600 is usually safe and has no smoothing delylay but your OS usyally has around 20ms delay before your display lag. I am using this program for years, and I am very happy with it. Mouse sensors star5lt adding a few milliseconds of smoothing delay above a certain dpi to reduce jitter. Did anyone test yet if it is still working on macOS Catalina? According to release notes, support for 32bit software was dropped, though I don't know if it was actually technically dropped, or if its just new AppStore guidelines.
